Oh sometimes Life just cracks me up!

Today I was at a client’s office and they had just gone through a computer migration to another system. All of the tech peeps were on-site helping users acclimate to the new system. One gal who came into my office there was wearing a name badge that said “Joy” so, of course, I said, “Joy! What a great name! I have an entire business dedicated to joy.”

“Really?” she asked. You could tell that was the first time she’d heard THAT!

“Oh yeah, it’s a blast. Go to PlanetJoyride.com and play around, take the quiz, read the blog, and de-stress. I call it ‘Joyriding’ and it’s a way to get the most out of life…..even during a computer conversion! Joyridin’, Baybee!”

She laughed – harder than I expected – and said to me, “You will NOT believe what my last name is…”

“Try me.”

“It’s ‘Rydin.’ My name is ‘Joy Rydin’.”

Damn! Wonders never cease. :o)
